Individual Biking Tour 8 Days / 7 Nights 335km Strasbourg/Strasbourg

In the cultural scene of Alsace everything turns to good taste: the cooking, the high-quality wines, the charming and varied way of life.

This region between the River Rhine and the Vosges, the Jurassic Mountains and the Pfälzerwald has a fascinating landscape. Alsace lies in the very east of France between the heights of the Vosges Mountains to the Rhine River, its’ natural border with Germany. It is protected by the Vosges and south-facing which gives it a warm sunny climate. Culture is a blend of French and German characteristics as experienced in the delicious cooking and the neat villages of half-timbered, flower-bedecked houses. No where in Europe are there so many flower boxes which makes these extraordinary villages the number one attraction of this trip.

Hilly landscapes along the Wine Route, numerous picturesque villages and mysterious castle ruins alternate with spacious meadows situated along the Rhine. It is a delightful landscape for bikers with the widest range of cycle-paths in France.
