You cross “Passo San Pietro” (St. Peter’s Pass) and enter the Amalfi coast, where you will cycle along the wonderful road overlooking the sea, up to Positano. Its colourful houses have been built in a natural amphitheatre shape, overlooking the sea, giving it a unique and picturesque aspect to the village. After Positano you continue towards Amalfi, the most powerful maritime republic at the end of 10th century. We suggest visits to the Cloister of Paradise and the beautiful duomo then walk along the main street that is connected with many narrow lanes between white fisherman’s houses. It is possible to make a detour and go up to Ravello (300m). Rest in the tranquil beauty of the main square, in the shade of the Dome dedicated to Saint Pantaleone. Enjoy views of the Gulf of Salerno and up to the Cilento mountains. We suggest a visit to Villa Cimbrone and Villa Rufolo, whose architecture (a mélange of Arab, Sicilian and Norman style) was an inspiration for Wagner. You return on the road along the coast to finally reach Vietri and Salerno. You come back to the vessel and cruise to the Isle of Capri. We will have some breaks during the sailing to swim and admire the Amalfi coast from the sea. Overnight moored near the port of Capri.
